Niiyoh boasts a 120-day guarantee on all of our 1800D beds. If your dog manages to damage the bed within 120 days of purchase, please contact our service department at service@niiyoh.com. Provide your proof of purchase in the email, as well as photos of the damaged bed. We will send you a free one-time replacement bed.

For the aluminum Mega Mat, we have a lifetime guarantee. If your dog manages to damage the bed at all, we will offer a one-time replacement bed on us. Please contact the same email listed above, and provide your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged bed.

The above guarantee policies only apply to addresses within the United States.

Refunds will only be accepted for items that are in brand new, unused, and unopened condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
